Hi, I’m Ghee (pronounced just like the letter ‘G’)!

In my 10 years of training experience I have had the pleasure of working with everyone from professional athletes, seniors with frozen shoulder syndrome and extreme weight loss clients that initially weighed in at 550 pounds. My takeaway from this? No matter where we are in our journey, we can ALL get better. It is my life's work to bring out this greatness that I guarantee is within you.

I became a trainer because fitness is my passion. However, I have stayed a fitness trainer because I learned that healing others while sharing this amazing life changing passion of mine is my true purpose.

I love what I do so much that if we were stranded on a tropical island together I would be training you for free. That hasn’t happened (yet), but you never know!



My Story


People who meet me today assume fitness must have come easily to me. In reality, this couldn’t be further from the truth. When I first started on my journey and made a commitment to improving my quality of life, I had a twisted pelvis made it impossible to go from sitting to standing in one fluid motion and had severe lower back pain. Weather I was laying down, sitting or walking—pretty much any movement resulted in constant pain. I had a rounded upper spine which resulted in not being able to do more than 5 pushups without sharp pain in both of my shoulders and on top of it all I was already naturally extremely fragile and weak. I lacked so much muscular stability that my joints would be aching for days from just a casual game of soccer.

These ailments became my greatest teachers and my biggest strengths. They forced me to work harder than everyone else around me and change my mindset from ‘why did this happen to me’ to ‘what am I going to do to fix this?’. This drive to figure out exactly how the body works from a mobility standpoint as well as discovering the fundamentals to staying lean, building muscle, proper nutrition & having incredible range of motion is why I am absolutely certain I can help you achieve any goals you’re looking to hit..
